PROJECT: Metro Community College, Institute for Culinary Arts
A feast for the eyes AND the stomach. The Institute is the perfect blend of art and science, housing high tech food labs, classroom kitchens, and a 65-seat bistro staffed by students.
Having worked with HDR since the mid 80’s, it’s always an honor to photograph a project for them, especially when they bring us to their hometown of Omaha. As usual, the creative collaboration between HDR’s designers, marketing team, client and of course photographer and crew was a creatively fulfilling experience; although the minus five degree temperatures were a challenge for my thin southern blood as well as the heater in my van.
